This is Scanlonville - Remley's Point,  on a quiet dead end street... an old Historic neighborhood - demographically and ethnically diverse and deeply rooted in the Gullah-Geechie culture.... settled after the Civil War. If you are uncomfortable with diversity, then don't book here. Neighborhood was a prime stop on the famous Chitlin Circuit. Local homes can be moderate houses, ramshackle shacks, or Mega Million dollar mansions. We have it all in this in demand neighborhood!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

1- Dogs are an extra fee each $200 per dog over 1 yr. No puppies. Must be crate trained, house broken and pre-approved. Doggie can not be left alone in the house without humans unless crated.No cats/No other animals. 2- Customized signed agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking. We require additional Legal photo ID per insurance policy. 3- A valid credit card is required for a security deposit hold.
