“This property is a magnificent house out on the marsh and river. Outside is huge, several gathering areas, wraparound porch, kayaks that renters report to end of dock, Great outdoor grill. Inside, the Art alone is gorgeous.”

“Everything is supplied: luxury towels, linens, starter kitchen spices, huge refrigerator freezer, two downstairs sitting areas, large dining table, etc. George is an excellent host, medicine at the front door, set up our own code for the lock, and gave us a tour. We had a grandmother, 2 couples, a 12, 8, and 7 year-old. Plenty of bed space. Everyone loved it. Owners worked with us around Covid, and we were fortunate to be able to keep our original dates. Isle of Palms is about 15 minutes door to door with Public parking and beach access. Downtown Charleston around 20 minutes, property is close to the bridge.”

“So happy with this choice. It is appropriately named The Big Chill. Beautiful property and so easy to drive to historic Charleston. The owner and property manager were nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.”
