VISITOR POLICY: 
The property is exclusively for your enjoyment. If you plan to have a daytime visitor, please discuss this with us at the time of booking, and we would be happy to consider your request if you have close family or friends in town. 
 
PARKING: You are assigned your own personal parking spot in front of your entry gate. 
ADDRESS: 144 3rd Ave, Mount Pleasant. Use this address to see how close you are to all the attractions Charleston has to offer. This is the Guest Apartment within our Large Waterfront Home. 
 
 
Extended Stays policies:
- Guests staying longer than 30 nights must pay for additional cleanings. Cleaning is required minimum once monthly. Fee added later. 
- Guests staying longer than one month have the damage protection fee $69.00 added once a month. 
- Guests staying longer than one month requires we change HVAC filter once a month.
- Guests staying longer than one month will have a customized payment schedule.
- Guests staying longer than one month will have a customized cancellation policy.
- Guests staying longer than one month may have to submit a larger refundable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Laurie is a travel consultant specializing in River Cruises, Luxury Cruises, and Safaris. Laurie Bixler got involved in town politics to ensure rental properties remained allowed in town. Laurie served on the Accommodations and Tax Committee for the Town of Mount Pleasant. She is also proud to have been on the first HomeAway/VRBO Owner's Advisory Council. About George Bixler: George welcomes you to our rental vacation properties. George ensures that your visit is comfortable and smooth. He oversees the maintenance and improvements of the house. George takes pride in seeing that the property meets, or exceeds, your expectations. In his spare time, George is out on his boat.
