VISITOR POLICY: 
The property is exclusively for your enjoyment. If you plan to have a daytime visitor, please discuss this with us at the time of booking, and we would be happy to consider your request if you have close family or friends in town. 
 
PARKING: You are assigned your own personal parking spot in front of your entry gate. 
ADDRESS: 144 3rd Ave, Mount Pleasant. Use this address to see how close you are to all the attractions Charleston has to offer. This is the Guest Apartment within our Large Waterfront Home. 
 
 
Extended Stays policies:
- Guests staying longer than 30 nights must pay for additional cleanings. Cleaning is required minimum once monthly. Fee added later. 
- Guests staying longer than one month have the damage protection fee $69.00 added once a month. 
- Guests staying longer than one month requires we change HVAC filter once a month.
- Guests staying longer than one month will have a customized payment schedule.
- Guests staying longer than one month will have a customized cancellation policy.
- Guests staying longer than one month may have to submit a larger refundable security deposit.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
